|  Kim Marie Lembcke Spader, 50, of Point Pleasant, passed away at home on Wednesday, March 3, 2010 with her family by her side. Kim was born in Elizabeth and had lived in Howell and Piscataway before moving to Point Pleasant. She worked for Meridian Heath Care in Point Pleasant and Brick for many years as a patient care assistant. She was recognized in 2003 as a Galaxy Award recipient for her outstanding dedication to patient care. Surviving are husband of fourteen years, David; two sons, Robert M. St. Hilaire and his fiancée, Stephanie of Point Pleasant and Edward J. St. Hilaire of Jackson; her sister, Lori Hughey; three brothers, Robert Ray Lembcke III, Richard Lembcke, and Gregory Lembcke; her mother in law and pal, Nancy Spader; her sister in law Barbara; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews, and the love of her life, granddaughter Kayla, to whom Kim was "Mimi." Relatives and friends may visit from 6 p.m. - 8 p.m., Sunday, March 7 at the Pable - Evertz Funeral Home of Point Pleasant, 901 Beaver Dam Road. Cremation will be held privately.
