Obituary of Ann Mary Meleniak

Ann Mary Flaherty Meleniak, 93 of Point Pleasant, passed away, Friday, May 1, 2015. Born and raised in Jersey City, she was last surviving child of Bernard and Mary Flaherty and has lived in Point Pleasant for nearly forty years. Mrs. Meleniak was predeceased by her beloved husband, Edward J. Meleniak, Sr. and daughter-in-law, Monika Meleniak. Surviving are two sons, Edward J. Meleniak, Jr. of Park Ridge, and Michael Meleniak of Point Pleasant; and her daughter, Joyce Meleniak of Point Pleasant. Also surviving are three grandchildren, Melissa, Alexander, and Sarah-Ann; and two great-grandsons, Jared and Mason. Visitation will be from 8:30-9:30 a.m., Thursday, May 7, at the Pable Evertz Funeral Home of Point Pleasant, 901 Beaver Dam Road. At 10 a.m., Thursday, a Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated at Saint Dominic Church, Brick, followed by interment at BG Wm. C. Doyle Veterans Cemetery, Arneytown.
