Obituary of Patricia H. Burkett

Patricia M. Doran Coyle Burkett, 82, of Brick, passed away suddenly on Saturday, January 2, 2016. Formerly of Harrison, Mrs. Burkett has lived in Brick since 1972. She worked for the Township of Harrison as secretary and later as a contract specialist at Fort Monmouth. She was predeceased by her first husband, Thomas Coyle; second husband, Joseph Burkett; son, James Thomas Coyle; parents, Edward and Loretta Doran; brother, Jackie; and sisters, Rose and Lorraine. Surviving are two sons, Edward Coyle and Thomas Coyle and his wife Kathleen; grandchildren, Helene, Kelly, Thomas, and Kimberlee Coyle and Todd Miller; and great-grandson, Michael Coyle-Bonfiglio. Also surviving are her brother, Edward Doran; sister, Eileen Brosko; sister-in-law, Mary Winkleblech; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Visitation will be from 8:30 – 9:30 a.m., Thursday, Jan. 7 at the Pable Evertz Funeral Home of Point Pleasant, 901 Beaver Dam Road, followed by a 10 a.m. Funeral Liturgy, being celebrated at Saint Dominic Church, Brick.
