Obituary of Julia Anna Kennett

Julia Anna Tilton Kennett, 96, a lifelong resident of Brick, passed away, Monday, March 14, 2016. Born in the Osbornville section of Brick to the late Albert Tilton and Della Gant Tilton, Mrs. Kennett was a member of Osbornville Baptist Church, where she had taught Sunday School. She was predeceased by her husband, John Otis Kennett; sister, Ethel Tilton; brothers, Albert, Lester, Loren, and Leroy Tilton; and son-in-law, John Morrison. Surviving are three daughters, Sylvia Brown and her husband, Pastor Tom of Brick, Nina Downer and her husband, Anthony of Roswell, GA, and Elizabeth "Beth" Morrison and her fiancée, Darren DeBari of Brick. She is also survived by four grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren. Services and interment will be held privately.
