Obituary of Donald G. Frank

Donald G. Frank, 74, of Point Pleasant, passed away at his home Thursday, May 19th, 2016 surrounded by his family and close friends. Born in South Weymouth, MA to the late Arthur and Louise Frank, he has lived in Point Pleasant for 50 years. Don worked as an electrician and retired from Nestle USA, Freehold. He was a United States Army, Vietnam era veteran and was an avid NY Giants fan, fisherman, and animal lover. Surviving are his beloved wife of fifty-three years, Eleanor (Bonafide) Frank, whom he always called "my bride"; and two sons, Donald M. Frank and his wife Lizabeth of Point Pleasant and Jeffrey J. Frank and his wife Tiffany of Johns Island, SC. Also surviving are his brothers-in-law, Chester "Chop" Bonafide, Jr. of Brick and Dominic "Butch" Bonafide of Manasquan; two brothers, William and Robert Frank; a sister Judy Stanic; and two grandchildren, Hayden and Brinley. He also had friends whom he considered his family: Ann and Pat Boyle and their daughters, Kim, Jackie, and Ashley and Kim's daughter, Payton Ann. Cremation was held privately.
