Obituary of Jean Lenore Hess

Jean Lenore (Latz) Hess, 93, of Brick, passed away on Saturday, October 1, 2016. Born in College Point, NY to the late William and Isabel Latz she was raised and spent her youth there until moving to Brick in 1956 with her young family. She was an avid reader, a beloved mother and housekeeper who enjoyed sewing, needlepoint, and knitting. Jean was predeceased by her loving husband of 59 years, Charles Albert Hess, in 2005. Surviving are her sons, Charles Michael Hess of Alexandria, VA and Robert William Hess of Brick; daughter, Susan Jean Sicola and her husband Charles of Toms River; and one grandson.
