Obituary of Gloria M. Notarnicola

Gloria Marie Notarnicola, 77, of Point Pleasant, passed away Tuesday, February 14, 2017. Born in Jersey City to the late Joseph and Margaret (Molinari) Soracco she was raised in Union City and has lived in Point Pleasant since 1971. She was a beloved wife, loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. Surviving are her husband of nearly sixty years, Robert J. Notarnicola and two sons, Richard and his wife Eileen of Wall and Paul of Atlantic Highlands. Also surviving are three sisters, Ines Betti, Diane Bertolotti, and Laura Nicholson and her husband Jack; three grandchildren, Michael, Matthew, and Christopher; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. At 9:30 a.m., Thursday, February 16 a Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated at the Church of Saint Martha, 3800 Herbertsville Road, Point Pleasant. Cremation will be private.
