Obituary of Jason Douglas Patterson

Jason Douglas Patterson, 30, of Point Pleasant, passed away Tuesday, April 11, 2017. He was born in Plainfield and lived in Rahway and Randolph, where he graduated high school, before moving to Point Pleasant two years ago. He was an avid Jets fans, enjoyed fishing, concerts, and hanging out with his family and friends. He was predeceased by his grandparents, Daniel and Eileen Barron and Catherine Patterson. Surviving are his mother, Michele Patterson of Sayreville; and his father, Thad Patterson and his wife Michele of Point Pleasant. Also surviving are his sister, Colleen Patterson and her boyfriend Wayne King; his fiancée, Elizabeth Doerr and her children, Janis, Tessa, and Raymond; his grandfather, Thad Patterson, Sr.; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Memorial visitation will be from 4 – 8 p.m., Wednesday, April 19 at the Pable Evertz Funeral Home of Point Pleasant, 901 Beaver Dam Road, where at 7:30 p.m. a service will be held.
