Obituary of Bettejane Ryan

BETTEJANE GRADY RYAN, 60, of POINT PLEASANT, passed away on Friday, December 5, 2008 at the Ocean Medical Center, Brick. Born in Orange, to the late Walter and Muriel McDonough Grady, she has lived in Point Pleasant for thirty-two years. Bettejane worked at Horizon Blue Cross/Blue Shield of New Jersey, Neptune Office, retiring as the lead clerk. She was avid reader and enjoyed traveling to New England. Surviving to cherish her memory are her husband, of forty years, Dennis; her son, Keith Ryan and his wife Christin of Portsmouth, NH; two daughters, Colleen Castellano and her husband Chris of Madison, NJ and Kate Whitehead and her husband Shawn of Newton, MA; her sister, Lois Patrick and her husband John; her grandson, Connor Castellano; several nieces, nephews, and many dear friends. Friends may visit from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m., Monday at THE PABLE - EVERTZ FUNERAL HOME OF POINT PLEASANT, 901 Beaver Dam Road . At 11 a.m., Tuesday a Liturgy of Christian Burial will be celebrated at the Church of Saint Martha, Herbertsville Road, Point Pleasant. As an expression of sympathy, contributions made to Susan J.
