Obituary of Marie E. Millet

Marie E. Millet, 75, of Point Pleasant, passed away peacefully Wednesday, September 23 at Ocean Medical Center, Brick. Born in Kearny, to the late Julien and Eugenie Collignon, she had lived in Harrison before moving to Point Pleasant forty-four years ago. Mrs. Millet had worked as a medical assistant for Toms River OB-Gyn and was a communicant of the Church of Saint Martha, Point Pleasant. Loving mother of three sons, William Millet and his wife Nancy of Forked River, Edward Millet and his wife Bonnie and Joseph Millet and his wife Cathy, all of Point Pleasant, and four daughters, Carole Shubeck and her husband Stan of Pinehurst, TX, Linda Morrow and her husband John of Bayville, Arlene Millet of Point Pleasant, and Debbie Nagel and her husband Rich of Bayville; sister of Eugenie Wood and her husband Donald of Beachwood and grandmother of thirteen and great-grandmother of seven. Friends may visit from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., Sunday, September 27 at the Pable-Evertz Funeral Home, 901 Beaver Dam Road, Point Pleasant (732-899-0040). At 9:30 a.m. Monday, a Liturgy of Christian Burial will be celebrated at the Church of Saint Martha, Point Pleasant followed by interment at Riverside Cemetery, Toms River.
