Obituary of Edith G. McLaughlin

Edith G. Spath McLaughlin, 86, of Point Pleasant, passed away, Monday, November 9, 2009. Edith is survived by her two sons, Carlton LeRoy Mullis (65) and Michael J. McLaughlin, Jr. (51). She had 12 grandchildren. She lived all of her life in New Jersey but loved to travel. Never from a map, though. Her adventurous spirit took off the beaten path. It even took her to Walmart and Atlantic City. Those that knew her will tell you that she was an extremely strong person with an enormous heart. She will be greatly missed. At 10:30 a.m., Monday, November 23 a graveside service will be held at Greenwood Cemetery, Route 35 and Old Bridge Road, Brielle.
