Obituary of Rodney Jarahian, II
Rodney "Rod" Jarahian, II, passed away on August 12th, 2017 at the age of 38.
Rod is survived by his wife, Jennifer Ardizzone-Jarahian and two sons, Rodney Jarahian III & Edward Jarahian II; his parents, Karen & Richard Cross and Rodney Jarahian; his siblings Keith O'Donnell, Amanda & Edward Jarahian, and Jessica & Craig Jackson. Rod is also survived by his mother in-law Patricia Ardizzone, brother in-law Thomas Ardizzone, sister in-law Patricia Murran, and sister in-law Carolyn Ceglia.
Rod was born on June 12th, 1979 and resided in Point Pleasant, NJ for over thrity years of his life. He graduated from Point Pleasant Borough High School in 1997 and married his wife, Jennifer, in 2002.
Rod served our country in the Navy during the Iraq War and was primarily employed by Tom Ritzer Masonry for the last fifteen years. Rod was a talented gardener, a gifted chef and loving father. His humor and his larger than life presence will be missed by his family and loved ones every day.
A wake is scheduled for this Friday, August 18th at the Pable Evertz Funeral Home of Point Pleasant, 901 Beaver Dam Road from 4 – 6 p.m. A brief memorial service will take place at 5:45 p.m. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Rod's life.
