My sincere condolences. I may have not known him for that long but respected the uniqueness of his character. Fly high Frank and enjoy your new garden in heaven with your German Shephards by your side.

Frank was a man that always let people feel part of the project. The remote relay facility was one of his greatest achievements and he shared it with everybody. I have many memories of that program and Frank’s dedication to the Warfighter.
Always fun with a motorcycle ride to the beach for lunch. He was such a great guy and a pleasure to have know.

As a newly hired employee at Fort Monmouth, Frank was my mentor. He left a everlasting impression on me about the work we performed for our soldiers. He always had a “can do” attitude that has instilled in me even today!
He will be dearly missed. My prayers are with you and family.

I got to know Frank through our Friday lunch gang even though our paths never crossed while working at Ft. Monmouth. We became friends and shared our life experiences and concerns about the future. He was always talking about Nancy's activities, the house full of visiting relatives/children and how happy he was. I'm glad that I got to know him as a friend, even though for too short a time.
