Obituary of Matthew Kyle Furnback
Matthew Kyle Furnback, 34, of Point Pleasant, passed away on Monday, May 20, 2019.
Born in Bend, OR he lived in Point Pleasant for most of his life.
Matt was 2003 graduate of Point Pleasant Borough High School and worked in construction, currently for International Seating Solutions.
Matt was a member of Boy Scouts of America, Troop 16, for many years. He enjoyed woodworking and watching T.V., and loved dogs and cats.
He was predeceased by his maternal grandparents, Edward and Gloria Worth; and paternal grandmother, Jean Furnback.
Surviving are his parents, Carol and Kenneth Furnback of Point Pleasant; and his sister, Alyson Furnback and her wife, Taylor Genovese of Oakland, CA. Also surviving are his grandfather, Robert Furnback; two nephews, Samuel and Nicholas; uncle, Steve Worth; aunt and uncle, Nancy and Douglas Furnback; cousins, Wesley and Dan and their wives and children; his canine companion, “Falcor,” and his feline companions, “Precious” and “Divspect.”
Services and cremation will be held privately.
