Obituary of Raymond Roskos
Raymond Roskos, 89, of Point Pleasant Beach, passed away on Friday, December 20, 2019.
Born and raised in Bayonne, NJ to mother Jennie Roskos, he lived a wonderful life in Point Pleasant Beach since 1968.
Mr. Roskos proudly served in the United States Air Force for more than forty years, retiring as a Senior Master Sergeant. His passion was collecting model trains and the history behind them. He was an avid member of local train clubs and historical societies.
He was predeceased by his beloved wife, Peggy.
Surviving are his sister Rita and her family Paul, Barbara and Mark and their families.
Visitation will be from 9 – 10 a.m., Monday, December 30 at the Pable Evertz Funeral Home of Point Pleasant, 901 Beaver Dam Road, followed by an 11 a.m. committal service at the Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Arneytown.
