Dear Tammy, Jeffrey, Emilee and Family,
I am so sorry to hear of the death of your beautiful and brave Erin. I wish there was something to say to help ease your pain but words fail miserably. From the obituary, Memorial Service and many tributes, it is obvious Erin's beautiful and loving spirit filled every space she occupied. Honestly, I love the photo you chose of Erin sipping her drink with a smile full of fun.(maybe a little mischief) May your memories of your precious girl, wife and Mom give some measure of comfort and peace.
Please know you are in my many thoughts and I raise a prayer for you all in those thoughts.
All my best,
Robin Ritchings Gutmann

I used to teach/train with Erin at Wellington Acadamy for Muay Thai. She was always my one of my favorite people to work with. True definition of warrior. Always a smile and a willing attitude no matter what was happening in her life.

Erin, dedicated and fun-loving will be missed by her Wash Your Paws family. She led us all by example and taught us so much. Not only was she the best groomer but a best friend, mentor and mom to all the girls here. She loved her job because of all her paw clients! We pray for the family knowing whom they will miss!

WHITE-EYES BY MARY OLIVER
In winter
all the singing is in
the tops of the trees
where the wind-bird
with its white eyes
shoves and pushes
among the branches.
Like any of us
he wants to go to sleep,
but he’s restless—
he has an idea,
and slowly it unfolds
from under his beating wings
as long as he stays awake.
But his big, round music, after all,
is too breathy to last.
So, it’s over.
In the pine-crown
he makes his nest,
he’s done all he can.
I don’t know the name of this bird,
I only imagine his glittering beak
tucked in a white wing
while the clouds—
which he has summoned
from the north—
which he has taught
to be mild, and silent—
thicken, and begin to fall
into the world below
like stars, or the feathers
of some unimaginable bird
that loves us,
that is asleep now, and silent—
that has turned itself
into snow."
Sending all my love to Erin's incredible family. Erin is now in a different form, but in our hearts forever.

Tammy, Derrick and family...I know there are no words that make sense right now or that could be helpful. But I hope you will find comfort in knowing so many are here for you and are thinking of you during this time of loss. I am sending you lots of love and light and hugs right now. I am beyond sorry for your loss. ❤️
