Obituary of Robert Campbell

Robert Campbell, 93, of Lakewood, passed away on Monday, October 25, 2021.

Born in Scotland, he lived in Kearny until moving to Lakewood in 1993.

Mr. Campbell worked as a meat cutter for over thirty-five years and retired from the UFCW, Local 464.  He was an avid fan of the Glasgow Rangers and was a member of the Kearny Rangers Supporters Club.  He was also a member of F.&A.M., Copestone Ophir Lodge No. 108, Kearny.

He was predeceased by his beloved wife, June E. Campbell in August of this year.

He is survived by his son, Scott Campbell and his wife, Karen of Point Pleasant; and daughter, Laraine Frankoski and her husband, Anthony of Ortley Beach.  He is also survived by five grandchildren, Scott Campbell, Chelsey Campbell Hunt and her husband, Alex, Ian Frankoski and his fiancée, Ashley, Kyle Frankoski and his fiancée, Stevilyn; and Adria Rotondi and her husband, Roger; three great-grandchildren, Liam, Jesse, and Mackenzie; and sister-in-law, Margaret Klimmeck.

Services will be held privately.
