Obituary of Helen K. Hettrick

Helen Kane Hettrick, 93, of Leisure Park, Lakewood, passed away on Thursday, October 21, 2021.

Born in Staten Island to the late, Edward and Mae Kane, she lived there and for over thirty years in Daytona Beach, FL.  She moved to Leisure Park three years ago.

Helen was retired from the Bell Telephone Company, Staten Island, and loved traveling, the NY Giants, and NASCAR.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her beloved husband, Albert Hettrick; three sisters, Margaret Borazzo, Patricia Santoro, and Eileen Sowards; and her brother, Edward Kane, Jr.

Surviving are her nephews and nieces, Drew and Cindy Santoro, and Patricia and Kevin Curry, all of Point Pleasant, and John and Gail Borazzo, and Peggy Borazzo, all of Forney, TX.  She is also survived by numerous great nieces, great nephews, and their families.

Inurnment at Ocean View Cemetery, Staten Island, will be held privately.
