


Obituary of William F. Cassie
William F. Cassie, 94, of Brick, passed away on Friday, October 29, 2021.
Born in Montclair to the late Robert and Florence Cassie, he vacationed in Belmar before moving to Brick.
Bill was retired from New Jersey Transit where he worked as a railroad engineer and was a United States Navy, Korean War veteran.
He was predeceased by his wife, Judith Cassie; daughter, Alyce Ann Coeyman; grandson, Andrew Coeyman; and great-grandson, Alexander Coeyman.
He is survived by his son, Billy Cassie and his wife, Sharon of Brick. Also surviving are his two grandchildren, Amy Ridgeway and her husband, Tyler and Bill Cassie; five great-grandchildren, Matthew, Andrew, Blake, Brynn, and Brook; great-grandson, Kai; sister, Marian Frunzi; son-in-law, Andy Coeyman; step-son, Keith Stephenson; step-daughter, Dawn Perry; and nieces, nephews, and friends.
Memorial Visitation will be from Noon – 2 p.m., Saturday, November 6 at the Pable Evertz Funeral Home of Point Pleasant, 901 Beaver Dam Road, where at 1 p.m. a service will be held.
