I am absolutely heartbroken to hear this news. The whole Porter family are a huge part of my childhood. I was lucky to enough to blend in with his eight children growing up being inseparable from my dearest friend Cindy. From Beth taking us to our first concert to waking up a sleeping Thomas just to play with him. I am also blessed enough to be Godmother to Grace McCarthy, who I absolutely adore. I send each and every Porter Family member my deepest condolences. He was one of the best Dads around, and of course my fondest memories of Mr. Porter were our Friday night trips to Hoffmanns Ice Cream. RIP Mr Porter. All my love, Samantha Sheridan Mramor

Free from the pain and suffering in this world and now able to play in the kingdom of God. To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. Thank you for being there Uncle Tom, I remember dancing with you at my wedding. Taking me to see the ice capades, and painting pumpkins at the garden center back in the day. Also the garden gloves that Santa wore at our Christmas parties, I always loved to see you smile.
