So sorry to hear of Mr Joe's passing. He was quite the character. I loved how he used to tease me when I would put in" $3 or $5 regular" . He will be greatly missed. Condolences to his family

I was honored to work with Joe when we were getting the Business Association up, and I think he tried to be a curmudgeon, but his grin always gave him away. Joe had the biggest heart, and could always be counted on to help. Enjoy retirement in heaven, my old friend.
