Obituary of Linda S. Roberts

Linda S. Nencheck Roberts, 70, of Bayville, formerly of Point Pleasant and Toms River, passed away on Wednesday, July 27, 2022.

Born in Elizabeth, Linda grew up in Point Pleasant and lived in Toms River and later Bayville for most of her life.

Linda worked as an accountant for the Ocean County Department of Planning, Toms River, and retired in 2017.

She was a graduate of both Point Pleasant Borough High School and Ocean County College; was an avid reader; enjoyed crocheting; and loved spending time with her family.

Predeceased by her father, Stephen Nencheck, Linda is survived by her daughters, Jennifer Rios and husband, Mark, and Barbara Wisk and husband, Edward, all of Bayville; her son, Michael Roberts and wife, Leticia of Missouri; and her mother, Betty Nencheck of Point Pleasant.  She is also survived by her brother, Steven Nencheck of Florida; and nine grandchildren, Shayla, Brandon, Isabella, Salvatore, Kaitlin, Lauryn, Hayley, Britney, and Katlyn; and three great-granchildren, Kyleigh, Lucas, and Fallon.

A memorial visitation will be held from 4 – 6 p.m., Friday, August 5 at the Pable Evertz Funeral Home of Point Pleasant, 901 Beaver Dam Road.
