Obituary of Robert A. Cinotti
Robert Angelo Cinotti, 74, of Point Pleasant passed away on Saturday, April 29, 2023.
Born in Jersey City, Robert grew up in Union City and graduated from Union Hill High School. During Robb’s high school tenure he lettered in both football and baseball.
Following high school, Robert was inducted into the United States Marine Corps and served two tours of service in the Vietnam War. Upon his return from the the war, he graduated from both the Lincoln Technical & Lyons Institutes via the G.I. Bill and went on to be an HVAC engineer for over forty years.
After marrying his wife Lynda in 1986 Robb resided in Point Pleasant for the last thirty six years. Robert, a life-long lover of music, was a gifted singer and guitar player. He also thoroughly enjoyed his hobby of photography which he was very passionate about.
Robert was predeceased by his father Angelo Cinotti, mother Helen Lord, and his stepfather Stephen Lord. Robert also outlived both his younger brother Glenn and his loyal companion, Leo, a miniature Schnauzer.
Robert is survived by his beloved wife, Lynda Doroshenko Cinotti, of thirty-six years and his adored twin children, Alexandra and Damian. In addition, Robb leaves behind his in-laws, Debbie and Frank Loughlin, his niece Jessica Kucz and her husband Charles, as well as his nephew, Kyle and his wife Becca. Robb will also be greatly missed by his best friend, Jeff Levens.
Visitation will be from 4 – 7 p.m., Thursday, May 4 at the Pable Evertz Funeral Home of Point Pleasant, 901 Beaver Dam Road, where at 6 p.m. a service will be held. At 11 a.m., Friday, May 5 entombment will take place at Atlantic View Cemetery, Manasquan.
