Obituary of Mary M. Wolff

MARY KUTNI WOLFF, 88, of POINT PLEASANT, passed away on Sunday, March 8, 2009 at home. Born in Newark, to the late Nikolas & Marta Boyko Kutni, she lived there and for twenty-five years in Livingston, moving to Point Pleasant in 1977. For many years, Mary and her late husband, John, wintered in Boynton Beach, FL. A homemaker, Mrs. Wolff was a former volunteer at Saint Peter's Thrift Shop in Livingston and was a communicant of Sacred Heart Church, Bay Head. Mary enjoyed watching her sons play baseball throughout their growing years. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, John V. Wolff. Surviving to cherish her memory are three sons, John Wolff and his wife Carol of Austin, TX, Gregory Wolff and his wife Constance of Randolph Twp., and Robert Wolff and his wife Gretchen of Little Silver; six grandchildren, Samantha, James, Jacqueline, Kelly, Gregory, and Michael; and two great-grandchildren, Quidley and Douglas. Friends may visit with the family from 2 - 4 p.m. & 7 - 9 p.m., Saturday, at the Pable - Evertz Funeral Home of Point Pleasant, 901 Beaver Dam Road. At 10 a.m., Monday, a Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated at Sacred Heart Church, Bay Head. Cremation will be held privately. As an expression of sympathy, donations made to either VanDyke Hospice/CMC Foundation, 99 Route 37, W., Toms River, NJ 08755 or Monmouth Medical Center Foundation, 300 Second Avenue, Long Branch, NJ 07740, are suggested.
