Obituary of Dorothy Zieser

Dorothy Zieser, 86, of POINT PLEASANT, passed away peacefully on Monday, March 9, 2009, at home. Born in Charleroi, Pennsylvania, to the late John and Mary Krutz, she lived in Union before moving to Point Pleasant 22 years ago. Mrs. Zieser was a communicant of the Church of St. Martha, Point Pleasant. She was predeceased by her husband, Walter Zieser in 2000. Surviving to cherish her memory are three sons Walter, Jr. and his wife Kathryn of Raritan, Ronald, Sr. and his wife Cindy of Union, and James of Elizabeth; her daughter, Donna Marie Schwarz and her husband Eugene of Howell; seven grandchildren, Walter III, Richard, Ronald Jr., Brian, Matthew, Nicholas and Jacalyn and two great-grandchildren, Walter IV and Allison. Friends may visit from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Wednesday, at the Pable - Evertz Funeral Home of Point Pleasant, 901 Beaver Dam Road. At 9:30 a.m., Thursday, a Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated at the Church of Saint Martha, Point Pleasant. Burial will be at Hollywood Memorial Park Cemetery, Union.
