Obituary of William L. Morris
William L. Morris, 62, of Point Pleasant, passed away, Thursday, December 24, 2015.
Born in Point Pleasant, he lived there his entire life and was a 1972 graduate of Point Pleasant Borough High School.
Bill was a master mechanic and began his career working for his family's business, Beaver Dam Motors. He also worked for DeForest Demolition and retired from Tally's Dodge/Chrysler, all of Point Pleasant.
Bill had many hobbies and loved working around the house. Also, in the 1980's, he was a Stock Car Racer at Wall Stadium.
He was predeceased by his father, George Morris.
Surviving are his loving wife, of forty-one years, Micki Fox Morris; daughter, Amanda Grace and her husband Kyle; and granddaughter, Meghan, all of Point Pleasant. Also surviving are his mother, Gloria Smith Morris; sister, Cathy Scott and her husband Jamie; sister in law, Lynda Brown; several nieces and nephews; his beloved dog, "Rags," and many friends.
A memorial visitation will be from 3 – 7 p.m., Wednesday, Dec. 30 at the Pable Evertz Funeral Home of Point Pleasant, 901 Beaver Dam Road.
