Obituary of Eileen Mary Stephenson

Eileen M. (Kelly) Stephenson, 70, of Brick, passed away on Monday, November 28, 2016. Born in Jersey City, NJ to the late James and Rosetta (Nestor) Kelly, she lived in Brick for over 40 years. Eileen was a graduate of Saint Peter's University, Jersey City, and had worked in health insurance for Prudential and Aetna. She was predeceased by her step-son, John Stephenson; brother, Raymond Kelly, and step-grandson, Sean Stephenson. Surviving are her beloved husband of 42 years, John "Jack" Stephenson and two daughters, Kelly Barth and her husband Kevin of Mount Pleasant, SC and Kerry Hernandez and her husband Angel of Lewisville, NC. Also surviving are her step-sons, Donald Stephenson and his wife Teresa, Thomas Stephenson, and Patrick Stephenson and his wife Sandra; step-daughter, Jacqueline Bruno and her husband Michael; four grandchildren; seven step-grandchildren; and one step-great grandchild; brother, James Kelly Jr. and his wife Carol; nieces Colleen Gallina, Shannon Kelly, Kathryn Diaz, and nephews Thomas Kelly, James Kelly III, and Raymond Kelly Jr.. Visitation will be from 4 – 8 p.m., Friday, December 2 at the Pable Evertz Funeral Home of Point Pleasant, 901 Beaver Dam Road. At 10:30 a.m., Saturday, December 3 a Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated at the Church of Saint Martha, 3800 Herbertsville Road, Point Pleasant, followed by interment at Saint Anne Cemetery, Wall.
