Obituary of Theodore A. Nawolski

Theodore A. Nawolski, 88, of Point Pleasant, passed away on Thursday, June 22, 2023.

Ted was born to Polish immigrants Frank and Antonina Nawolski on November 28, 1934. He graduated from Irvington High School and enlisted in the US Army. After the Army, Ted worked for Bell Labs which eventually became AT&T/Nokia. He married Anita, the love of his life in October 1966. Together, they built a beautiful life in the community of Point Pleasant. He was a very active member of Saint Martha Roman Catholic Church.

Ted was an avid sports fan and took great pride and joy watching his grandchildren participate in football, soccer, dance, and gymnastics.

He is survived by his beloved wife of nearly fifty-seven years, Anita; son, Steven Nawolski and his wife, Patricia; and daughter, Carol Billy and her husband, Paul; Also surviving are his brother and sister-in-law, Walter and Frances Nawolski; and four grandchildren, Kevin, Violet, Faith, and Teddi Grace.

Visitation will be held from 4 – 7 p.m., Wednesday, June 28 at the Pable Evertz Funeral Home of Point Pleasant, 901 Beaver Dam Road.  At 11 a.m. Thursday, June 29 a Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated at the Church of Saint Martha, Point Pleasant, followed by interment at the BGWCD Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Arneytown.
