Obituary of Lois H. Forsyth

Lois H. Forsyth, 96, of Bay Head, passed away, Saturday, January 5, 2013 at Ocean Medical Center, Brick. Born in Rutherford, to the late Louis and Gertrude (Schroeder) Huesmann, she had lived in Rutherford and Mantoloking before moving to Bay Head in 1937. Mrs. Forsyth was a self-employed seamstress. She collected sea glass, driftwood and angel figurines and now she is an angel. She was active in the Bay Head community and was a member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church, Bay Head. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Joseph B. Forsyth in 2000 and her son Mark A. Forsyth in 1999. Surviving are her sons, Joseph and his wife Pamela of Connecticut and Timothy and his wife Susan of Delray Beach, Florida; her daughter, Margo Wright and her husband Gordon of Delray Beach, Florida; one sister, Peggy Haehler of California; nine grandchildren, Gordon Wright, Vicky Hiering, Phillip Wright, Lisa Burke, Leigh Forsyth, Sarah Kern, Jason Forsyth, Casey Forsyth and Jack Forsyth; and three great grandchildren, Lauren Hiering, Jamie Hiering and Hannah Franco and her loving friend and caregiver, Nadia.
