Obituary of Lurline S. Brower

Due to hazardous weather conditions, calling hours and funeral services for Mrs. Lurline S. Richter Brower have been rescheduled as follows: Visitation: Friday, February 14 from 2 - 4 p.m. & 7 - 9 p.m., at the Pable Evertz Funeral Home Funeral Service: 10 a.m., Saturday, February 15 at the funeral home Interment, follwing the service, will take place at Kettle Creek Cemetery, Osbornville, Brick Twp. Lurline S. Richter Brower, 61, of Osbornville, Brick, passed away, Monday, February 10, 2014. Born in New York City, to the late Arthur and Helen Richter, she had lived in Cooney Island and later Neptune and has resided in Brick for many years. Lurline worked for Fort Monmouth and McGuire A.F.B., retiring from the finance department. She was a member and past-president of the Pioneer Hose Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary. She loved playing BINGO and spending time with her family. Surviving are her husband of nearly twenty-four years, Michael O. Brower; and her sister, Darien Keenan. Also surviving are many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and friends. Visitation will be from 2 - 4 p.m. & 7 - 9 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 13 at the Pable Evertz Funeral Home of Point Pleasant. At 10 a.m., Friday, Feb. 14 a service will held at the funeral home and followed by interment at Kettle Creek Cemetery, Osbornville.
