Obituary of Julianna Puzio Pristas

Julianna Puzio Pristas, 78, of Brick, passed peacefully away, Tuesday, March 11, 2014 at home surrounded by her family. Born and raised in East Paterson, Mrs. Pristas has lived in Brick since 1973. For many years she worked as a legal secretary and later as a realtor for Crossroads Realty, Wall, and Weichert, Point Pleasant Beach. She loved her grandchildren, reading, the beach, fishing, and always wanted to make that "one more drift." Surviving are her husband and true love, of fifty-one years, John Pristas; her daughter and best friend, Veronica Pristas; and her son, Rick Pristas and his wife Sandy, all of Brick. Also surviving are three grandchildren, Ricky, Jack, and Jake; and many friends. Visitation will be from 4 - 8 p.m., Friday, March 14 at the Pable Evertz Funeral Home of Point Pleasant, 901 Beaver Dam Road. At 9 a.m., Saturday, March 15 a Liturgy will be celebrated at the Church of Saint Martha, Point Pleasant. In lieu of flowers, donations made in her memory to Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital www.stjude.org would be appreciated.
