Obituary of Anthony J. Ribertone
Anthony J. Ribertone, 79, of Point Pleasant, passed away, Tuesday, August 5, 2014.
Born in Brooklyn, to the late Nicholas and Rose Ribertone, he lived there and also in Old Bridge, moving to Point Pleasant in 1971.
Mr. Ribertone worked as a system analyst and retired from the City University of New York.
A veteran of the United States Army, he was a member of the Old Guard of Greater Point Pleasant/Brick. He enjoyed playing Poker, camping, politics, and was a loyal and avid NY Yankees fan.
Surviving are his wife of fifty-seven years, Holly Klink Ribertone; son, Michael Nicholas Ribertone and his wife Deborah of Point Pleasant; daughters, Laura Ann Sause and her husband Ken of Gilbertsville, NY and Gayle Marie Ribertone of Brick; and grandsons, Timothy, Patrick, and Christopher.
Visitation will be from 3 - 6 p.m., Friday, August 8 at the Pable Evertz Funeral Home of Point Pleasant, 901 Beaver Dam Road, where at 5:30 p.m. at memorial prayer service will be held.
