Obituary of Augustin M. Zeller

Augustin M. Zeller, 94, of Metedeconk, Brick, passed away, Thursday, February 18, 2010. Born in Philadelphia, he was formerly of Cherry Hill and has lived in Brick for thirty years. Mr. Zeller had an extensive and successful career as a sales engineer in the drying machinery business. He was associated with several industry leaders and a partner in two companies, the Adams/Zeller Corporation and the Kinsley Dryer Corp. He was preceded in death by his son, Christopher Zeller and step-son, Darwin Popow. A loving husband, he is survived by his wife, Irene Zeller, with whom he shared forty years of marriage; his stepdaughter, Sandra Popow Champion (Paul) and his step-son, Mark Popow (Kathy) as well as by four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his brother, Gene Zeller and his wife Betty; and many nieces and nephews. Friends may visit from 10:30 - 11:30 a.m., Monday, Feb. 22 at the Pable - Evertz Funeral Home of Point Pleasant, 901 Beaver Dam Road, where at 11:30 a.m. a memorial service will be held.
