Obituary of Alan G Bergen

Alan G. Bergen, 55, of Point Pleasant, lost his battle with cancer on Sunday, April 11, 2010. Born in Point Pleasant, he was a lifelong area resident. Alan graduated from Point Pleasant Borough High School in 1974 and was a member of the L.O.O. Moose, Point Pleasant Lodge No. 1549. He was employed by Stop & Shop, Point Pleasant Store. He is survived by his parents, Edward and Mary Bergen of Brick; and his brothers, Thomas of San Antonio, TX, John of Richmond, VA, and David of Point Pleasant. A funeral service is not planned at this time. The scatter of his ashes will be held at a place and date to be decided by the family.
