Obituary of Helen S. Picarell

Helen S. Korczukowski Picarell, 95, of Brick, passed away, Tuesday, November 30, 2010 at the Claremont Care Center, Point Pleasant. Born in Orange, to the late Frank and Stella Korczukowski, she lived there and in 1986 moved to Toms River and later to Brick. Mrs. Picarell was a devoted wife, mother, and communicant of Saint Peter Church, Point Pleasant Beach. Her beloved husband, John C. Picarell predeceased her in 1993. Surviving are her daughter, Janice Picarell of Point Pleasant, two sons, Lawrence Picarell and his wife Carmen of Brick and Paul Picarell of North Carolina; three grandchildren, Amy, Johanna, and Michael; and several nieces, nephews, and their families. Visitation will be from 2 - 7 p.m., Sunday, December 5, at the Pable - Evertz Funeral Home of Point Pleasant, 901 Beaver Dam Road. At 9 a.m., Monday, Liturgy of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Saint Peter Church, Forman & Saint Louis Aves., Point Pleasant Beach, followed by interment at Hollywood Memorial Park, Union.
