Obituary of Annick Bellis

Annick Benoit Bellis, 78, of Point Pleasant, peacefully passed away, Wednesday, January 19, 2011 at her home, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Lodi, to the late Louis & Louise Benoit, she lived in Spring Valley, Rockland County, NY, moving to Point Pleasant in 1979. Mrs. Bellis was a member of the Bay Head Shores Property Owners Association; the Saint Martha Senior Beehive; and was a communicant of Saint Peter Church, Point Pleasant Beach. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, of fifty-one years, Frank P. Bellis, and by her brother, Louis F. Benoit. Surviving are two daughters, LuAnn Bellis and her partner Erik Packer of Westford, VT and Lisa D'Andrea and her husband Tony of Brick; and two grandchildren, Carly and Anthony. Visitation will be from 2 - 5 p.m., Friday, January 21 at the Pable - Evertz Funeral Home of Point Pleasant, 901 Beaver Dam Road. At 9 a.m., Saturday, a Liturgy of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Saint Peter Church, Point Pleasant Beach, followed by interment at Saint Anthony Cemetery, Nanuet, NY. The family wishes to thank Dr. Peter Mencel and the entire staff of Atlantic Hematology for their compassionate care and her close circle of friends for their love and kindness.
