Obituary of Millard H. Thompson

Millard H. Thompson, 67, of Point Pleasant, passed away, Saturday, February 19, 2011 at Jersey Shore University Medical Center. Born in Point Pleasant, to the late Millard and Sarah (Herbert) Thompson, he was a life long resident. Mr. Thompson worked as a probation officer for the County of Ocean, Department of Probation, Toms River, for seventeen years. He was a former past president of the Point Pleasant Borough Rotary Club. Surviving are his beloved wife, Sharon Walker Thompson; his daughter, Bonnie Schuman and her husband Chris of West Chester, PA, and many dear friends. Friends may visit with the family from 6 - 8 p.m., Monday, February 28 at the Pable - Evertz Funeral Home of Point Pleasant, 901 Beaver Dam Road, where at 7:30 p.m. a memorial service will be held.
