Obituary of John Peter Boski

John Peter Boski, 88, of Brick, passed away, Wednesday, March 23, 2011 at CareOne at Wall. Born in Hoboken, to the late John and Mary Boski, he was formerly of Jersey City and Sayreville, residing in Brick since 1970. He was United States Army Air Corps, WW II veteran where he served as a medic. A retired toll collector from the New Jersey Turnpike, John also worked as a valet for The Shores at Monmouth Beach. Surviving are his beloved wife, of sixty one years, Norma Barry Boski; daughter, Janice Boski and her husband Ismael Sanchez of Barnegat; brother-in-law, David Barry and his wife Linda; two nephews, Victor & Thomas; two nieces, Barbara & Kathy; and several great nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held from 2 - 5 p.m., Tuesday, March 29, at the Pable Evertz Funeral Home of Point Pleasant, 901 Beaver Dam Road. At, 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 30 Liturgy of Christian Burial will be celebrated at the Church of the Visitation, Brick. Interment, with military honors, Thursday, 10:30 a.m. in the chapel of the BGWCD Veterans Cemetery, Arneytown.
