Obituary of Jane F. Sendzik

Jane Foust Sendzik, 88, of Brick, passed away, Thursday, May 26, 2011 at the Ocean Medical Center, Brick. Born in Haverstraw, NY, to the late, Ernest Guy Foust and Catherine J. Wootton Foust, she was raised in Nyack, NY and also lived in Point Pleasant, moving to Brick in 1950. Mrs. Sendzik had worked as a secretary for the Point Pleasant Beach Board of Education and later as a realtor in Boca Raton, FL. She was a member of the Brick Township Historical Society and enjoyed to knit and crochet. Her beloved husband, of sixty-eight years, John Stephen Sendzik predeceased her in 2009. Suring are two sons, Jon Sendzik and Richard Sendzik, both of Brick; her granddaughter, Adrian McDonald; three great-grandchildren, William, Amanda, and Olivia; and many nieces and nephews throughout the country. Visitation will be from 6 - 8 p.m., Sunday, May 29, at the Pable Evertz Funeral Home of Point Pleasant, 901 Beaver Dam Road, where at 8 p.m. a service will be held. Cremation will be private.
