Obituary of Andrew August Deglman

Andrew August Deglman, 50, of Lakewood, passed away suddenly on Thursday, July 21, 2011. Born in Newark, he was raised in Union and has lived in Lakewood for the past five years. He had worked as a lineman for Jersey Central Power and Light, Summit, and was a member of the Loyal Order of Moose, Lodge No. 1862, Brick. He was predeceased by his father, Andrew G. Deglman and by his brother, Joseph W. Deglman. Surviving are his mother, Lucille Zieser Deglman of Lakewood; two brothers, William Deglman and his wife Linda & Kenneth Deglman and his wife Colleen; two sisters, Barbara Winters & Rosemary Colatruglio and her husband Anthony; and his nieces and nephews, Jennifer, Jasen, Joey, Steven, Holly, Brianna, and Kenny. Visitation will be from 6 - 8 p.m., Monday, July 25 at the Pable Evertz Funeral Home of Point Pleasant, 901 Beaver Dam Road. At 9:30 a.m., Tuesday, July 26, Liturgy of Christian Burial will be celebrated at the Church of Saint Martha, Point Pleasant, followed by interment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover.
