Obituary of Loren Henry Olinger
Loren H. Olinger, of Point Pleasant Beach, formerly of Caldwell, passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 23, 2011 at his home.
Loren was a US Navy veteran, serving in World War II and Korea. He was a life member of the Plumbers Local 24 and was a member of the American Legion, Post 185, Caldwell.
Loren was always ready to help, without reservations or complaints.
He is predeceased by his wife, Phyllis; his son, Peter; and twelve brothers and sisters.
He is survived by his brother, Donald; his twin sister, Lorraine; two children, daughter, Lillian L. Soleau and her husband David, and son, William Olinger. He was a grandfather to Keith, William Jr., Jesse, Christopher, and Laura; and was blessed with five-great grandchildren, Evelyn, Scott, Tripp, Jax, and Curren.
He will be truly missed.
A service to celebrate and honor his life will be held at a later date.
