Obituary of Carolyn E. Nauss

Carolyn E. Nauss, 78, of Brick, passed away on Tuesday, October 18 at Ocean Medical Center, Brick. Born in Irvington, to the late Hans and Ruth (McGuire) Monday, she was a 60 year resident of Point Pleasant Beach before moving to Brick in 2004. Mrs. Nauss was a graduate of Point Pleasant Beach High School, Wilford Beauty Academy and past President of the Jersey Shore Twin Mother's Club. She had worked as a hairdresser for 50 years retiring from Duchess and Princess Salon, Wall. She is survived by her beloved husband, Robert; two sons, Jonathan of Point Pleasant Beach and Christopher of Long Beach, CA; two daughters, Marilyn Nauss of San Franciso, CA and Nora Price and her husband Roger of Smithville; one brother, Thomas McGuire of Miami, FL and Sharon Buske of Byhalia, Mississipi. There will be a Gathering of Friends from 4 - 7 p.m., FRIDAY, OCTOBER 21, at the Pable Evertz Funeral Home of Point Pleasant, 901 Beaver Dam Road with a service at 7:00 p.m. As an expression of sympathy donations in her memory may be made to your favorite charity.
