Obituary of Hope Walker

Hope Clayton Walker, 91, of Point Pleasant, passed away, Friday, June 22, 2012 at her home. Mrs. Walker lived in Point Pleasant for most of her life and was a graduate of Point Pleasant Beach High School. She was predeceased by her parents, Percy & Wilma Clayton and by two sisters, Emily and Beatrice. Surviving are her beloved husband, of nearly seventy three years, Robert W. Walker; her son, Robert W. Walker, Jr. and his wife Diane of Melfa, VA; her daughter, Shirley Anderson and her husband Robert of Lakewood; seven grandchildren, Joann, Robert, Wendy, Deanna, Robert, Cheryl, and Denise; and sixteen great grandchildren. Visitation will be from 2 - 5 p.m., Monday, June 25 at the Pable Evertz Funeral Home of Point Pleasant. At 10 am, Tuesday, June 26 a service will held at the funeral home and followed by interment at Ocean County Memorial Park, Toms River.
