Obituary of Genevieve A. Dikun

Genevieve Stevens Dikun, 88 of Point Pleasant, passed away, Friday, June 29, 2012. Born, February 1, 1924 in Newark, to the late Denver and Anna Stevens, she was raised in Kearny and lived in North Arlington, moving to Point Pleasant in 1967. Mrs. Dikun was employed in the late 1960's and 1970's at The Leader newspaper, Point Pleasant Beach, and was a communicant of Saint Peter R.C. Church, Point Pleasant Beach. Surviving are her beloved husband, of sixty-five years, William; two sons, William Dikun and his wife Cindy and Robert Dikun and his wife Ellen, all of Point Pleasant; and three granddaughters, Elissa, Natalie, and Ava. Funeral services and entombment at Ocean County Memorial Park were held privately under the direction of the Pable Evertz Funeral Home of Point Pleasant. Please no flowers.
