Obituary of Thomas "Don" McNeil

Thomas "Don" McNeil, Jr., 77, of Point Pleasant, passed away on Friday, July 27, 2012. Born in Passaic, Don had lived in Bay Head before moving to Point Pleasant in 1988. He was a Sales Rep for Point Pleasant Distributors, Wall and a member of the National Guard. Don was a member of the Bay Head Yacht Club, Commodore of the Barnegat Bay Yacht Racing Association and a member of the 200 Club, Spring Lake. He was predeceased by his father and mother, Thomas D. and Anne McNeil, his sister, Lynnell, and his nephew, John. Surviving are his beloved wife, Eileen Dalton and her family; his sister Jill Keasell and her two children, Eric and Lori; his niece Sharon and his brother-in-law, Raymond Maugmaw. Visitation will be from 4 - 8 p.m., Tuesday, July 31, at the Pable Evertz Funeral Home of Point Pleasant, 901 Beaver Dam Road with a service at 7:30 p.m. On Wednesday, August 1 at 11:45 a.m. there will be a Gathering of Friends and a service at the Bay Head Yacht Club, Bay Head with fellowship to follow.
