Obituary of Jack C. Chenoweth
Jack Carter Chenoweth, 67, of Brick, passed away Tuesday, April 17, 2018.
Born in East Orange to the late Jack and Janet Chenoweth, he lived there and moved to Brick in the 1960's.
Jack was a lifelong welder and worked for American Smelting and Refining, Whiting, Core States Bank, Trenton, and retired from Perlmutter Family ShopRite stores.
He was United States Army, Vietnam veteran and avid animal lover. He will be deeply missed.
Surviving is his beloved wife of forty years, Joan (Sholley) Chenoweth. Also surviving are his canine companion, "Mojo" and many dear friends.
Visitation will be from 9:30-10:30 a.m., Monday, April 23 at the Pable Evertz Funeral Home of Point Pleasant, 901 Beaver Dam Road. At 10:30 a.m. a service will be held at the funeral home and followed by interment at Ocean County Memorial Park, Toms River.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Jersey Shore Animal Center, 185 Brick Blvd., Brick, NJ 08723 or to any animal shelter of choice.
