Ed was a beautiful & childlike spirit. He shared many things with me. His home, his life, his laughter, his tears, his passions in life & so much more. He was an inspiration to so many people including me. His life and passing have taught me that compassion and empathy are what matter most in this life. How we touch other peoples heart and how we can ease the suffering of others is the true meaning of life. Ed always put everyone else before himself. Yes, he had a job like everyone else but Ed went above and beyond to ensure that everyone would be successful. He mentored many and saw the potential in everyone. He has inspired me to make a difference with my life as he made a difference in so many other lives. He always knew exactly what to say when you weren't having the best of days & even in his most difficult days toward the end he had a sense of humor and optimism that would give anyone hope. I will never forget you Ed, your legacy and the many lessons you have taught me here on Earth. I am grateful for the 7 years that felt like 40.- "All you need is love".. Thank you for that gift as well. You are etched in my heart forever.
Ho'oponopono Prayer:
I love you, I'm sorry, Forgive me, Thank you”

I knew Ed at Sherwood Medical, and worked together as functional partners for many years with several company names, that continued thru the Kendal days. I learned a lot from him over the years. Just a Great down to earth guy, and a proven executive sales leader. We shared many trips together and he always enjoyed a good late night cheeseburger with me. I was just sharing stories about him with a friend the other day when I heard of this sad news.

Ed was my greatest mentor from the very beginning of my career in Healthcare. I had the privilege of spending many years working side by side with Ed and I will miss him greatly. Ed was an awesome man and truly a legend in the Medical Device industry. My thoughts and prayers to his family.

Ed Morgan hired me in 1983 to work for Sherwood Medical. I was one of the first women hired for this position. Ed took a chance on me and he always supported his reps and believed in them. His sense of humor made our work and the job fun. He inspired people to do a great job and work hard. The true sign of a great manager is whe the employee wants to succeed more for the boss than themselves. Ed was that manager to me.
We had a rough start when my first week I flew into Philadelphia and he picked me up at the airport and somehow we lost one piece of luggage....all my make up.
He was a gem. As my career took different turns, he was always willing to be a reference on my resume.
I love where I am in my career now and I feel it’s all because of Ed!

So very sorry to hear of Ed's passing. I was his secretary at Sherwood Medical in St. Louis. He was wonderful to work for and he always looked out for me. He was so dedicated and hard working, yet always had time for fun. I'm sorry we didn't keep in touch after Sherwood closed, but I have so many fond memories of him. Prayers of comfort and peace to his family and children.

So sorry to hear of his passing. I was lucky to meet Ed in the 80s when he joined Sherwood Medical in St Louis, Mo. He was funny and a great person. We talked baseball— Ed— the Yankees and me the Cardinals. I send healing prayers to his family and friends and God bless! RIP ED!!!

I had the pleasure of knowing and working with Ed while we were both at Sherwood Medical in St. Louis Missouri in the 90"s. Ed was my mentor and sales and marketing leader. He taught me invaluable selling skills that have brought me much success over the years. We always had fun with Ed wether it was at a National Sales Meeting, over a beer at the Tap Room or at a barbecue at his West County home. RIP EOM! To the family and friends of Eddie, May God bless you and hold you in his arms during these difficult days!

I also went to St Michael's with Edward. I remember him as being very quiet, and one of the truly nice guys. I was so sorry to hear of his passing. God bless and keep him.

I was greatly saddened to hear of Eddie's passing. We graduated from St Michaels together and then played some softball and touch football together, Eddie was a fine athlete. He had a great sense of humor and somehow got the nickname "noodles".He could do Abbott & Costello's,Who's on First? verbatim. Rest in Peace old friend,
