Obituary of Pamala Morris
Pamala Morris, 67, passed away Friday, October 16, 2020 with her family at her side after nearly a month-long battle at Ocean Medical Center’s CCU.
Born and raised in Point Pleasant, Pam moved to the Baywood section of Brick in 1987. She enjoyed the arts, crafts, sewing, a meticulously clean house, and always lending a helping hand whenever someone was in need. Those who knew her also knew the “Pam glare” when she was displeased and one didn’t want to be on the receiving end of her iconic facial expression.
She was predeceased by her father, Edward Zaidel (1978) and younger brother, Kenneth Zaidel (1980).
She is survived by her husband of forty-nine years, Charles Morris of Brick and three children: Charles Morris, Lorie Krey, and Melanie Morris all of Point Pleasant; mother, Evelyn Zaidel of Point Pleasant; brother, Edward Zaidel of Jupiter, FL; daughter-in-law, Chantell Forbes and son-in-law, Michael Krey of Point Pleasant; and her grandchildren: Dominick, Tyler, Ronald Leyda, and MJ Krey all of Point Pleasant; and the Bernard family of the Kenai Peninsula and City of Anchorage in Alaska.
At 11 a.m., Wednesday, October 21 a graveside service and interment will be held at Ocean County Memorial Park, 1722 Silverton Road, Toms River. (Facial coverings are required and adherence to social distancing will be in effect)
In lieu of flowers please consider a donation in her memory to Dottie’s House, PO Box 4002, Brick, NJ 08723
