Obituary of Elizabeth D. Brock

Elizabeth D. Hanley Brock, 87, of Point Pleasant, passed away on Wednesday, October 22, 2008. Born in White Plains, NY, to the late Joseph and Edna Fisher Hanley, she had lived in Bayonne, residing in Point Pleasant since 1992. Mrs. Brock was a loving mother and homemaker. She was predeceased by her husband Thomas Brock and by her son-in-law, James Lovero. Surviving to cherish her memory are her children and their spouses, Robert Johnson of Point Pleasant, Thomas and Jane Johnson of Neshanick, William and Judy Johnson of Texas, Elizabeth Lovero of Florida, Patricia and Anthony Mastromonaco of Brick, and Kathleen and Edward Schworn of Toms River; her cousin, Velma Trudeau of New York; seven grandchildren, Sean Todd, Tracey, Kristen, Eddie, Katie and Anthony; her great-grandson, Wayne, two step-grandchildren, Jeff and Denise; and three setep great-grandchildren, Megan, Sean and Ava. Friends may visit from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. on Friday at the Pable-Evertz Funeral Home of Point Pleasant, 901 Beaver Dam Road. At 9 a.m., Saturday, Liturgy of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Saint Peter Church, Point Pleasant Beach, followed by interment at Holy Name Cemetery, Jersey City. Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
