Obituary of Dawn Renee Wright

DAWN RENEE SHIELDS WRIGHT, 40, of JACKSON, peacefully passed away after a short but courageous battle with cancer on Saturday, March 28, 2009 at the VanDyke Hospice of Community Medical Center, Toms River.Dawn was born and raised in Point Pleasant and has lived in Jackson for thirteen years. She was a graduate of Point Pleasant Borough High School. Her family meant everything to her. Predeceased by her maternal grandfather, Blair E. Ritchie, surviving to cherish her memory are her husband, Sean W. Wright; four children, Timothy, Samantha, Benjamin, and Christopher Wright; her mother, Sharon Ritchie Shields; her maternal grandmother, Virginia Ritchie; two sisters; Colleen Blake and Jennifer Carlton; her aunt, Colleen McCormack; her uncle, Blair Ritchie; several nieces, nephews, and dear friends.At 11 a.m., Wednesday, a committal service will be held at the chapel of Ocean County Memorial Park, 1722 Silverton Road, Toms River.
